Xavier Jackson is the father of Michaela Villanova. Xavier grew up in East Hills and is a devout Christian. He was born with heart problems in 1933 and has been dealing with them ever since. He married in 1960 and in 1964 had his only daughter, but divorced his wife a year later.
He tried running for public office in 2000 for Governor of Oceana as an independent, on an Oceana nationalist platform, but only got 8% of the vote. He has kept a low profile since then, but has campaigned for politicians such as Marcus Villanova and Oos Wes Ilava. In 2011 he was elected to Congress after the special federal elections, representing the NPO, but no NPO representatives were re-elected in 2012. Currently, he lives in Hurbanova.
