This is for all hamlets (if there are):

	Standard amount	+	(	Inhabitants	x	121	)	=	Total population
	100	+	(	POPULATION	x	121	)	=	SUM
eg.	100	+	(	2	x	121	)	=	342

[edit] Neighborhoods

This is for all neighborhoods (if there are)

	Standard amount	+	(	Inhabitants	x	121	)	=	Total population
	500[1]	+	(	POPULATION	x	121	)	=	SUM
eg.	500	+	(	6	x	121	)	=	1126

[edit] Towns

The population of a town can be calculated like this.

	Standard amount	+	(	Inhabitants	x	121	)	=	Total population
	1000[2]	+	(	POPULATION	x	121	)	=	SUM
eg.	1000	+	(	8	x	121	)	=	1868

[edit] Cities

The total population of a city is the sum of the populations of all the neighborhoods.
