Walden Elementary is a Lovian privately-run comprehensive elementary school in East Hills, Hurbanova, Oceana. It is operated and funded by the Walden Initiative. Walden Elementary is widely known and appreciated for its nature-friendly education, in which pupils get in contact frequently with wildlife and the natural environment in East Hills and elsewhere, and with life outdoors. The school's principal is Andy McCandless, who also teaches American literature at university level.
