[edit] History

Train Village was founded back in 1880 as a small train depot with a few houses and shops for the workers at the depot. The founder and mayor James Xavier de la Mekers helped build up the town into a small village in which it stands as today.

The depot was turned into a station by the third Mayor Felix McCrooke who also built the Lovian Train Memorial Museum. The Village, thanks to Felix's development plans, became a famous part of Lovia and was renowned for its famous drinks and produce in which the recipe was passed for generations.

The current Mayor Pierlot McCrooke was elected as mayor in 2008, after beating Garry James by a overwhelming majority. He is known to be Train Village's greatest Mayor so far thanks to his ideas for the village. The Village has flourished under his authority and is now going to have a festival this year.

The Village held its first festival in 1901 in which it become known as the Festival of the Swan. It was named this because of the Swan which saved the Village from a fire. The Swan was honoured as becoming the main attraction for the Festival. The festival lasted for many years until it was cancelled back in 1964 for unknown reasons. There has been no festival since then until it was announced that a new festival was to take place later this year.It is called The Majestic Sylvanian Summer Fair.

[edit] Summer festival

There will be a summer festival in Train Village. It is named the The Majestic Sylvanian Summer Fair.
