The Sullivan Building was a building in Noble City. Designed in 1962 by Henri Charles Anosier and built by Abbiati construction of Italy, it served as the Department of Welfare's headquarters for many years and was Lovia's tallest building for a record 33 years. It was demolished in 1995, due to the terrible construction and deteriorating conditions.
