Richard Milhouse Clark Ramsley (23 February, 1992) is a Lovian mathematician and university professor who teaches at the Newhaven campus of Blackburn University. Originally, he studied to become a medical doctor, but later dropped out and switched to mathematics. After some time, he entered an academic career in the University mathematics department. Together with collegues, he wrote a popular science book, '999 mathematics facts and puzzles.' Some years later, he wrote some more books with other famous international mathematicians.

He is the son of Rosa Ilava-Ramsley and Ward Calvert. His stepfather is former Prime Minister Rick Frances.

Ramsley is married to Laura Huys and they have two children: Phoebe (2013) and Harry (2014). They live just outside Noble City on a farm.
