Queen Lucy I of Lovia or Lucy Anne Noble I (1894, Noble City - 1953, Asian Island) was Lovia's third monarch. She succeeded her father, King Arthur II in 1934, after some protest. She reigned from 1938 untill 1953. She died from a cancer.

She was married to King Joseph and they had three children: Lucas, Arthur and Thomas. The two eldest became kings of Lovia.

She is seen as one of the best female leaders in the world and one of the better Lovian monarchs.
