The Portland Town Hall is the town hall of the Lovian town of Portland. The mayor seats in this building. The town hall was build in 1940 by Adams and Fletcher, and designed by Henri Charles Anosier. This is widely considered to be his most difficult and finest work. Most of the building is underground, where one can find most of the former Mayoral offices. The above-ground portion contains the mayor's office and the City Galleries, where local artwork was exhibited. There is currently no mayor because the last one, Joanna Barfield, died in May 2012.
