The Pope Urban I Educational Institute is a Lovian educational institute which works as complementary to the normal primary education and is financed by the Catholic Bishopric of Lovia. It is located east of Hurbanova, in the Shkola Complex. There are about 200 students. The school teaches Christian morals and values which aren't taught at the official education institutes. Lessons taking ten minutes are given from Monday to Friday fifteen minutes before the normal educational program start and are usually nothing more than praying. There is also a Saturday lesson which teaches more Christian morals and values.
It does not fall under the legal requirements of a primary school as prescribed by the Primary Education Act, and is thus not recognized as an institute of formal education. It is usually compared with Sunday schools.
