PTV World Lovia and North Eastern Pacific is a television news network broadcasted to Lovia, Hawaii and Western US. It was launched in September 2002. It is run by PTV World and owned by 70% Phaluh Networking (PTV) and 30% Niels Liberty. It originaly came from Phaluhm Phoueck.
It currently broadcasts in Lovia and Western United States. It also broadcasts over 50 countries.
