Orkan is a mostly agrarian Train Village neighborhood. It's theme is hurricanes. It is a quiet place surrounded by great nature and agriculture.

Orkan has become a very future focused area to the Lovian government. In former days quite some nice little houses were built on this beautiful stretch of land in Train Village, but the annual hurricanes with Katrina, being the strongest hurricane ever striking this small urban neighborhood, made Orkan villagers decide to move to safer earies within Lovia.
With the financial and logistic help from the Lovian government, homeowners started picking up the pieces. They cleared the enormous amount of debris, and reduced trash level by recycling metal, glass, wood, rooftiles, bricks etc.
In the meantime, the Lovian government had made it possible for the landowners to built a new home on another site, overlooking their former land. Intensive brainstorming with all parties involved resulted in an adventurous blooming organic agriculture in this newly developed Lovian countryside. Worldwide, oil shortages being one of several factors making organic agriculture and other sustainable farming methods challenging, Lovian farmers have begun raising crops such as corn for non-food use to help mitigate peak oil.
