The Oceana State Department of Public Services (Oceana: Oshenna Harven Department fo Pyblek Syvesses), or OSDPS, is a state department of the Oceana State Government, concerned with all public services, such as waste disposal, water, energy, and gas, and health and safety in the State of Oceana. The department was set up following the adoption of the State Department in the Oceana State Law on April 22, 2015. Its current leader is Jonathan Kelmný.
The department is responsible for the management of the peripheral blocks.
