Nature for Nature

Nature for Nature, a community-operated farming company. The logo was chosen by the members too.

Nature for Nature is a Lovian agricultural company led and operated by a small community of people, of whom most are involved in the Walden Initiative. Nature for Nature's primary farm is in Long Road's East End. There are two more farms, one in Nicholasville and one in the Newport area.

It was founded in January 2010. Well-known Lovians involved in the project include the cultural icon Lars "Aesop" Washington, Walden ideologist chairman Andy McCandless and NPS and Walden chairwoman Martha Van Ghent.

Produces[]

On the 7th January 2010 it hit the news: The famous Lovian "Poulardes de Bresse" served at the renowned Restaurant Phoenix are supplied by Nature for Nature. Martha Van Ghent's Vineyard Stores also offer Nature for Nature produces.

Nature for Nature's first produces were sold at Lovian markets and stores in April 2010. Its first produces were asparagus, radishes, spinach, arugula (rocket, rucola), garlic and rhubarb.
