The Ministry of Minorities is a Lovian federal ministry. The MoM, as it is abbreviated, governs issues relating to the affairs of minorities. The ministry is involved with preventing discrimination, and stopping the cultural extinction of minorities within the nation. The ministry was founded on May 8, 2015, on the day of the Inauguration of the Whithdonck-Malsky I Government, itself inaugurated a few days after the Inauguration of the 2015 Congress. It began operations the next day, on May 9. It was one of three ministries to be founded with the inauguration of the Whithdonck-Malsky I Government. The incumbent Minister of Minorities is Bart Koenen (CCPL).

The ministry is mainly occupied with historic immigrant minorities, such as the Slovakians, Poles, Germans, Chinese, and Dutch. To a lesser degree, they also carry responsibility for the culture of Oceana, although this is mainly maintained by the Ministry of Culture.
