Member of the Congress

According to the Constitution, a Member of the Congress is an officially elected politician, seating in the Lovian Congress. Only Members of the Congress can debate on the proposals made in the First Chamber and vote on them in the Second Chamber.[1] The current members are inaugurated on Inauguration Day 2008. Members of the Congress have the right to have maximum three residences.[2] As of February 2008, there were seven Congressmen, but two have already quit.[3]

The official denomination[4] is Member of the Congress. This is often abbreviated to MOTC, every letter seperately pronounced. More popular terms[5] are Congressman, or other forms as Congresswoman, Congresswomen and Congressmen.
The term Member of Congress (notice the definite article is left out) is used as well, although Member of the Congress is the most Lovian termination and Member of Congress or Congressman are more American.
