The Library of Congress is a library for the Member of the Congress, located in the east wing of the Capitol, in Downtown Noble City.
[edit] Income for citizens
Citizens who aren't a Member of the Congress can get access to the Library of Congress too. If they apply for access to the library and give a good reason, the Prime Minister or ruling monarch can grant him or her a pass and free access.
