LETIA stands for The Lovian Extra-Terrestrial Identification Association, and is a non-profit Lovian organization founded by Gerabaldi Grabowski in 2008. It's mission is to seek out, and scientifically classify, all extra-terrestrial life-forms to come into contact with humans in Lovia. It's founder is currently attempting to set up an official headquarters for the organization, and is attempting to recruit new members. LETIA has also set up a more public oriented department, to provide support for UFO believers in today's skeptic-oriented society.
Its headquarters are based in the Noble City Trading Quarter.
