James Marc Jackson (Hurbanova, November 6, 1885 - Noble City, 3 December 3, 1933) was a Lovian writer, who wrote in the Oceana dialect.

His best known book is named The River of Oto, published in 1929. Other books include Warning Express (1932) and Blue Town (1934). He was murdered by Frank Lallins for alledgedly stealing Jackson's ideas. Jackson wrote his first book when he was 14
