Isle of Frisco

The Isle of Frisco (Oceana: Nobivinen Oster) is small and uninhabited, just like the Isle of London. The island is part of the state of Oceana.
With the increasing environmental concern, and approaching limits to fossil fuel consumption, wind power has regained interest as a renewable energy source and Lars Washington would like to have the future Lovian government considering the possibilities to install the newest generation of wind turbines that would generate electricity for the entire kingdom of Lovia.
One large wind turbine could generate up to 6MW of power.

Cléo recently proposed a small town called Cléowe on the island. By creating this town, she wanted to enter Lovian politics. The town however isn't an official town yet because governor Ben Opať still hasn't approved it. The chances on approval are small as Cléo wants to build her town in an area which is a candidade for National Park, and as the proposal currently isn't fully finished.
