George Smith IV (Noble City, October 14, 1925 - August 1, 1997) was a Lovian politician and the great-grandson of Founding Father George Smith. He was Mayor of Noble City from 1980 through 1986, both preceded and succeeded by King Arthur III. George Smith the Fourth was an occassional writer, a passion he shared with his ancestors. He also had a lively interest for aviation and was known to be a amateur aviator.
