Round two[]

Here, a Lovian citizen and resident of Oceana may cast one voting point per year he or she has been living in Oceana (consecutively). To check for how long one has been living here, check Oceana Capitol/Residential archives. Votes may be split (f.e. if one has four voting points: two for Semyon, one for Kunar, and one for 77topaz). Per year:
