Five Point Dialogue

The Five Point Dialogue was a political dialogue held in Lovia near the end of the 2010 Federal Elections between the five government parties. This cross-party dialogue resulted in four Constitutional amendment bills, of which three were accepted by Congress, and which are now known as the Third Amendment. The Five Point Dialogue was originally set up by Prime Minister-elect Yuri Medvedev (PD).
