First Chamber

The First Chamber is one of the chambers of the Congress. Law proposals and motions are proposed to all Lovians by one of them. They can all make adjustments and debate about the proposal. When the proposer has adjusted his or her motion, it can go to the Second Chamber, where can be voted about it.
