Downtown Noble City is a central Noble City neighborhood, considered the heart of Lovia's capital and home to several of the most important government institutions in the nation. Although predominantly administrative, Downtown counts a number of residential towers, hotels and business headquarters. The Capitol, where Congress convenes, is located in between Freedom and Democracy Avenue, the symbolic heart of the nation. The Supreme Court House, the National Archives and the Federal Police headquarters are also located Downtown. In recent years, non-administrative lots have been replaced by government buildings, allowing for less traffic.
