Mandarin Village is a mixed commercial and residential Noble City neighborhood located in between Transcity, Little Frisco and The Mall. It was founded by Lars Washington in March 2008 and is one of the youngest NC neighborhoods. It contains the tallest building in Lovia, the Vandreck Building.
