Downtown Noble City is a central Noble City neighborhood. Downtown is the heart of Lovia's capital. Many administrative buildings as well as governmental institutions are located in this area the city. Most important monuments are the Capitol, in which the Congress is based, and the National Archives. The Noble City’s First High School and the Botanica garden are situated in this neighborhood, too.
