|Location||Truth Island, Clymene|
Clinton is a tiny hamlet on the northern tip of Truth Island, close to Adoha, in the state of Clymene. Clinton has 69 inhabitants. Most people are employed in the ecological sector, working as forester, ecologist or tourist guide. Contrary to popular belief, the hamlet is not named after the former U.S. president but a local rumrunner of the 1930s.
There are no shops or churches in Clinton, and most people travel to Adoha for their daily shopping. A small road called Clinton Way takes people from and to Clinton to Adoha. It was built in 2005 among much much ecological protest.
Clinton was a distribution point for shipping Mexican alcohol to Sofasi during the 1930s; rumrunner Jos Clinton is considered to have been the first settler of the area and his cabin, complete with a secret hiding spot for liquor and a gun cabinet is a local museum.
