Citizen Corner (Limburgish: Börgerhook) is a Noble City neighborhood, formerly known as the New West or Uptown. The old residential was demolished in 2006 and a new, administrative neighborhood was built in 2007 and 2008, mostly to destress Downtown as the governmental heart of Lovia.
