A citizen is a Lovian inhabitant with more than 50 useful edits done in more than four days, with a residence, a given name, a surname and a gender definition. Citizens can go into federal and state politics and can buy a second residence.

- A citizen has the right to have two residences[1].
- To participate in federal and state politics[2]:
- To vote for candidates in the Federal Elections[3].
- To vote for candidates of his/her state in the State Elections[4].
- To run for Member of the Congress in the Federal Elections[5].
- To discuss proposals in the First Chamber[6].
- To vote on proposals in the Second Chamber[7].
- To write and adjust proposals in the First and Second Chamber[8].
- To become a Federal Secretary and/or Prime Minister in the Federal Elections[9].
- To run for Governor of his/her state[10].
