Charles Walker is a Lovian citizen, police agent, and businessman, who is currently 43 years of age. He was originally born on the coast of Kings Island. He lived there on a farm with his mother and two sisters, until moving to Newhaven in search of a new job.
He currently lives in Pines, Newhaven, and works as a FP Officer. He is the owner of LoviLines, Lovia's shipping company.
Each year on the 1st of August, Charles Walker takes a break and retreats in the small house he inherited from his beloved aunt who passed away in 2003. The cottage is located near a small lake in the Abby Highlands and the small windows have spectacular views over the countryside.
