Charles Franklin (July 2, 1914 - July 14, 2001) was a Lovian explorer and professor who spent much of his life in Africa, particularly Zambia, South Africa and Namibia.
The Franklin Hall in the Museum of Lovian History is named after him. The hall contains objects that were discovered and exported by him from African countries.
