Charles Filip Cartier (March 17, 1926) is a famous Lovian actor, circus performer and soldier. He also had French and Czech nationality.
Biography[]
Cartier Was born in 1926 to Jean Cartier (Frenchman) and Maria Dvorak (Czech). He was a young performer at Circus Maximus, and frequently appeared as the human cannonball. When World War II broke out, he was too young to fight, but in 1943 he joined the Free French Forces. He fought in North Africa and Europe until 1945. He returned to Lovia in 1947. In 1951, he became an actor in a WWII film alongside Lucille Jenkins. They fell in love and married in 1952. That year, they moved to France, and Charles resumed his military career. He retired in 1960 and moved back to Lovia. He joined the Lovian Police Force and became its commissioner in 1966. In 1972, he started a restaurants business,Rapid Foods, which has become the largest in Lovia. Cartier presently lives in the New Town Retirement Home in New Town.

He married actressLucille Jenkins in 1952. THey had three kids, Louis (1953), Anna (1955) and Sophie (1956).
