Lovia Carpe Diem and Princess building

Carpe Diem

Carpe Diem was the first apartment building in Mandarin Village, Noble City. It was demolished in June, 2012.

Many visitors having been gazing at this wonderful building with a view on exciting Eppinck square, Lars started planning a second (twin) adjacent building to be named Princess, referring to the location of both buildings.

In 2010, a protest against high rents occurred, referencing the Rent Is Too Damn High Party (a party from the United States)'s performance in a debate. This was attended by some far-left politicians.
