The Bonnet Institute is a culinary school based in Brunant, with a number of schools found abroad. The Bonnet Institute was founded in 2010 by longtime Brunant-based Kemburger chef Oliver Bonnet. A second school was opened in Kemburg City in 2014 and the third in The Mall, Noble City in 2015.

The school focuses on teaching Brunanter cuisine. The school offers a two-year program; the first year is focused on traditional Brunanter cuisine and preparation. The second year allows students to learn the modern Brunanter cuisine and allows for more creativity in the dishes. A six week training period at a restaurant is also required (in Brunant, it is done at the school's adjacent restaurant).
